Below you will find detailed information about our shipping and delivery practices for all orders placed through our online store.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Note: During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, or holidays), order processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Times
We currently ship orders to all European Union countries and selected European destinations.

All delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
While we strive to meet these timeframes, XPIRA SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, weather, or holidays).
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly announced on our website.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. XPIRA SHOP is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at xpirashop@gmail.com.
5. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If no one is available at the address to receive the delivery, the carrier may attempt a second delivery or hold the parcel at a collection point.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union include all applicable VAT and duties — no additional customs charges will apply.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at xpirashop@gmail.com with your order number.
We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
XPIRA SHOP is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect the package from the carrier.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
