We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Have been purchased directly from our official website.
Due to the sanitary and personal-use nature of nasal strips, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened, unsealed, or used, for health protection and hygiene reasons (in accordance with Article 103(e) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at xpirashop@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at xpirashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, you must send the product to the following address:

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
4. EU Consumer Rights – Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of delivery without providing any reason — provided the product remains unopened and sealed.
Once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, this right no longer applies for health protection and hygiene reasons.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or unsealed nasal strips.

Products marked as final sale.

Gift cards or promotional items.
